“Mark is a great fit for CommerceHub and we’re excited to have him join our team. He has tremendous financial and operational experience that complements our current executive team,” said Poore. “His long track record of success with both private and publicly traded companies makes him well-suited for this leadership position at CommerceHub.”
“I’m looking forward to joining CommerceHub. It’s an exciting and dynamic company in a fast-moving industry,” said Greenquist. “The company has had exceptional performance, and is well-positioned to take advantage of the growing e-commerce sector in the U.S. and international markets. I’m confident my experience, together with the strong team already in place, can make CommerceHub even more successful going forward.”
Greenquist holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Dartmouth College and a Master of Business Administration degree with concentration in Finance from Columbia University Graduate School of Business. He will operate out of the company’s Albany headquarters.
