Job Summary

As a Software Engineering Manager you will lead our CUP platform team, which is our core product platform at CommerceHub. You’ll work with both internal teams and our customers to prioritize needs & drive growth.

Responsibilities:* Lead the CUP platform team (Platform Maintenance, RStreams, CUP Core)* Be the liaison between other engineering teams, customer support, and the CUP platform team* Prioritize work to meet both customer demands and internal teams needs* Triage and troubleshoot CUP platform issues to route tasks to the correct team* Improve and advance the CUP platform to the benefit of both customers and internal teams.

Job Requirements

- 7+ years as Sr. Software Engineer or higher

- 5+ years with team-lead or other leadership experience

- Practical, hands-on experience with Typescript, Node, and Node Streams

- Hands-on experience with AWS technologies, especially EC2, ECS, AWS OpenSearch, Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, Kinesis

- Ability to balance business needs with technical debt/cross-team dependencies
