What is the on-boarding process?
- Once notified by your merchant of eligibility for the ONE Connection® program, a Sales Support Specialist from CommerceHub® will contact you.
- A set of Introductory Guides are provided that include the connection options available. CommerceHub® Sales Support Specialists are available to help you select the best option.
- You will be requested to execute an agreement.
- Then you are assigned a CommerceHub® Vendor Implementation Specialist, who will:
- Coordinate supplier merchant-specific guides, a test plan, detailed messaging guides, packing slip guides, and ship code cross-reference tables.
- Provide access to online tutorials.
- Guide you through testing and certification.
- Working with the merchants, your Vendor Implementation Specialist migrates you from test to production status.
