CommerceHub® announced today that Michael P. Zeisser has been appointed to the company’s Board of Directors, and that Randy Ronning has resigned from the Board, effective January 5, 2009. Michael Zeisser is Senior Vice President of Liberty Media Corporation, where he oversees electronic commerce, interactive gaming and digital media. Michael has served on the boards of IAC/InterActiveCorp., OpenTV, Provide Commerce, BuySeasons Inc., Backcountry.com, BodyBuilding.com, QVC Inc., GSN/The Network for Games, Fun Technologies, GoPets Ltd, and SlingMedia. Prior to joining Liberty Media, Michael was a partner at McKinsey & Company in New York. “With his expertise in eCommerce and experience serving on boards for eCommerce companies, Michael is a valuable addition to the CommerceHub® Board of Directors,” said Steve Hamlin, CEO of CommerceHub®. Randy Ronning, retired Chief Merchandising Officer for QVC and QVC.com, has served on the CommerceHub® Board since 2002. During his tenure the company grew from less than one million transactions per year to more than 18.5 million transactions processed in 2008. CommerceHub® has also become the industry leader in providing integrated and web-based fulfillment solutions for multi-channel eCommerce merchants and their suppliers. “We thank Randy for his many years of service,” said Hamlin, “and the experience, insight, and dedication he provided CommerceHub® was instrumental to the company’s continued growth.”
