CLIFTON PARK, NY - April 6, 2004 - CommerceHub, the leader in the electronic integration of supply chains for E-Commerce fulfillment, today announced it will be relocating its corporate headquarters to the Albany NanoTech Complex, a state of the art technology facility that will house some of the world's leading technology companies. Upon completion of the move, CommerceHub's new corporate headquarters will be located at 255 Fuller Road in Albany.

By relocating to this new facility, CommerceHub is making a significant investment in a state-of-the-art infrastructure, and upgrading its data center. Aside from the ability to host a redundant, world-class data center, the new facility also provides business amenities including videoconferencing, conference centers, a shared 250 seat auditorium, and many more capabilities. CommerceHub joins IBM, General Electric, International SEMATECH North and others at the facilities.

"Our client base and order processing operations have significantly expanded over the past two years", said Frank Poore, President and CEO of CommerceHub. "This move will enable us to continue this growth unabated, and at the same time upgrade our data center and technology infrastructure to better serve our customers and their expansion."

He added "We thank Governor Pataki for his high tech investments, educational strategy, and business friendly policies, as embodied by the Albany Center of Excellence in Nanoelectronics and its College of Nanotechnology."

In addition to its investment in infrastructure, CommerceHub is also announcing the formation of a strategic partnership with Albany NanoTech. Under the partnership, the two organizations will engage in joint R&D programs, specifically to formulate and optimize the use of CommerceHub's proprietary technology and platform within the nanotechnology industry. CommerceHub and Albany NanoTech will also collaborate in the development and execution of workforce training and education programs for the E-Commerce industry.
