STEPHEN HAMLIN
Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Hamlin is responsible for the management and strategic direction of the company, and serves on the company Board of Directors. With over 12 years of e-commerce development experience he most recently served as Vice-President, Operations, Architecture & Design for QVC.com, QVC’s online retail division. Mr. Hamlin joined QVC in July of 1994, and successfully led QVC.com business operations since its inception in December 1995. He was charged with identifying potential strategic alliances with product manufacturers, niche retailers and system solutions, all to grow QVC.com’s one-stop Internet shopping destination. Mr. Hamlin forged a QVC.com alliance with CommerceHub in 1999, allowing QVC.com to rapidly grow and manage its e-commerce supplier direct network. He is a founding member of Ziff Davis’ The Standard for Internet Commerce, has served on the board of the Electronic Retailing Association, and is an active industry speaker.

MICHAEL NELSEN
Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Nelsen has been an innovator in the drop-ship fulfillment industry for more than 12 years. Mr. Nelsen was the second person hired at QVC.com, the online division of direct-merchandising giant QVC. As Director of Operations at QVC.com, Mr. Nelsen developed the e-commerce operation from the ground up, building a drop-ship network of more than 300 vendors, supporting $60 million in sales in 1998 and over $100 million in 1999. Most recently, Mr. Nelsen was Vice President of Operations at Craftopia.com, which was subsequently sold to the Home Shopping Network. Mr. Nelsen has also held key operations roles managing drop-ship and customer service relationships at companies such as JCPenney and Amerishop Corporation.

JOHN TOBISON
Chief Information Officer

Mr. Tobison is responsible for all computing infrastructure and operations, as well as managing the integration of the company’s major clients. Mr. Tobison brings more than 26 years of experience in international management consulting, information systems implementation and IT infrastructure management to the company. Prior to CommerceHub, Mr. Tobison served as Vice President & Chief Information Officer of MapInfo Corporation (NASDAQ: MAPS), a global software company that he helped grow from $20 million to more than $100 million in revenue. In this role he oversaw the planning, design and construction of the company’s computing facilities and managed data centers throughout the world. Prior to MapInfo, Mr. Tobison built successful management consulting practices for Arthur Young & Company and Coopers & Lybrand. Mr. Tobison earned his BS and MBA degrees from the University at Albany.

DOUG REED
Vice President, Sales & Marketing

With more than 18 years of experience in enterprise software sales and management, Mr. Reed is responsible for managing and driving CommerceHub’s sales organization. Prior to CommerceHub, Mr. Reed was a sales executive with i2 Technologies (NASDAQ:ITWO) where he drove more than $12 million in license revenue into the Consumer Goods, Retail and Transportation verticals. Prior to i2 Technologies, Mr. Reed held various sales leadership roles with a successful IPO in 1996 and with Computational Systems Inc (NASDAQ:CSIN) where he helped drive sales from $10 million to more than $60 million. Mr. Reed Earned his BS degree in Mechanical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI).

ROBERT MARRO
Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Marro is responsible for all financial and administration aspects of the Company. Mr. Marro comes from a distinguished 17-year career with General Electric where he held executive CFO and CEO roles within several global GE Financial Services divisions. He was successful in bringing substantial growth to operations in Hong Kong and Southeast Asia through product expansion and M&A. As an executive board member, he also contributed to the growth of several financial services companies. Mr. Marro earned his MBA in Finance from New York University – Stern School of Business and his BS degree from Siena College. He is also a CPA.
