The Salesforce Engineer/Administrator manages the Salesforce.com CRM application, working with internal customers and cross-functional teams who wish to improve operational efficiencies and help solve strategic business issues via Salesforce.com. The ideal candidate has experience developing software applications, as well as system integration knowledge.
The Senior Software Engineer works within CommerceHub's BuySpace engineering group. BuySpace is a social marketplace that builds on CommerceHub's connected network of thousands of retailers and suppliers. This is a growth position in a startup environment, where team members are allowed to wear many hats. It requires an experienced and flexible professional who works well both independently and as part of a team.
The Software Operations Support team is responsible for the daily operation, system health monitoring, and exception analysis of CommerceHub's production applications environment. This team is strategically positioned as both a technical service provider for customer-facing departments, and as a prevention, remediation, and refinement analysis provider for the software development and business process modeling departments. This position requires the skills necessary to assess and respond to a variety of operational challenges, in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and technically advanced environment. Software Operations Support is a highly motivated team which works simultaneously as a unit, as well as on individual project assignments. A high level of personal motivation and the ability to self-start are a must. A degree of creativity in problem-solving and aptitude for innovation are highly desired.
